Roeder Technology Services does two kinds of work: hands-on IT — managed services and structured cabling for businesses close enough to show up for — and sourcing — comparing business internet, phone, mobility, and energy across every carrier and supplier, anywhere in the US.
Accountability without the org chart
Most technology vendors route you through a sales team, a project team, and a support queue, and something gets lost at every handoff. RTS is built the other way: the person who quotes your work tracks it to done and answers when it breaks. In a business where the usual failure mode is "the vendor stopped calling back," accountability is the scarce thing — and it's what we compete on.
The practice behind the practice
Everything we deploy gets documented — port maps, configurations, licensing, renewal dates — so nothing about your business depends on anyone's memory. Our own infrastructure runs the way we'd build yours: this site is a hardened static build with no server to patch, and we run the same Microsoft 365 security stack we recommend.
