Business software licensing — the right seats, the right tier, one invoice
Software spend grows one credit-card subscription at a time: a seat for someone who left, a premium tier nobody uses, two tools that do the same job. Send us what you pay for today and we’ll show you what you actually need — then license it, set it up, and keep track of the renewals.
What you get
What the work actually includes
A seat-by-seat audit
Every subscription matched to a person who uses it. Licenses for people who left, duplicate tools, and features paid for twice show up on the first pass.
The right tier, justified
Microsoft 365 Business Premium often replaces two or three separate security and device subscriptions. Sometimes the cheaper tier is genuinely enough. We show the reasoning either way.
Catalog breadth, not one vendor
Productivity, e-signature, file sharing, CRM, accounting, security, and backup — sourced through our distribution, so the recommendation follows the job, not a single brand.
One invoice instead of twenty
Subscriptions consolidated onto one monthly bill, so finance stops reconciling a card statement full of software charges.
Set up, not just sold
Accounts provisioned, security settings switched on, and staff moved over — by the same people who handle your phone, internet, and IT.
Fit
Worth a conversation if…
And who we’ll honestly point elsewhere — qualifying is a two-way exercise.
This fits when
- Software is on several credit cards and nobody has a full list
- Staff have left but their licenses are still billing
- You’re moving between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, or adding e-signature or CRM
Not the right fit when
- You need custom software written — we license and run off-the-shelf products
- You want a single license at retail with no setup or support
Process
How it goes
- 01
Send what you pay for now
Recent invoices, a card statement with the software lines, or an admin-center export — whatever is easiest. The bill review form takes a file.
- 02
We audit and recommend
What to keep, what to cut, what to consolidate, and which tier fits — in plain English.
- 03
Licensed, configured, tracked
We move the subscriptions over, switch on what you’re paying for, and track every renewal date from then on.

FAQ
Common questions
What does the review cost?
Nothing. Send the invoices and we’ll show you what we find, with no obligation to move anything.
Do you only sell Microsoft?
No. Microsoft 365 is the most common starting point, but the catalog covers Google Workspace, Adobe, e-signature, file sharing, CRM, accounting, and security tools. Browse the product catalog for the full list.
Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. Most clients move subscriptions as each one comes up for renewal, so nothing is cancelled early and nobody pays twice.
Do you serve my state?
Yes. Software licensing and setup are remote work, so we serve businesses anywhere in the United States. Onsite IT work is separate and limited to North Texas.
Ready when you are
Sourcing is remote work — any US business address qualifies. The comparison costs you nothing.
