Business phone systems that sound right and move with you

The platform matters less than the call flow design and the network underneath it. We source across RingCentral, Nextiva, 8×8, Zoom, and Teams calling, port your numbers without drama, and fix the network problems that make VoIP sound bad.

Business desk phone in an office

What you get

What the work actually includes

Platform comparison, not a pitch

RingCentral, Nextiva, 8×8, Zoom Phone, and calling inside Microsoft Teams — matched to how your business actually answers the phone.

Number porting without the outage

Porting is where phone projects go wrong. We manage the carrier paperwork and time the cutover so callers never hit a dead line.

Call flows designed on purpose

Ring groups, auto-attendants, business hours, voicemail-to-email — mapped to how calls should move, not left on defaults.

The network work underneath

Choppy audio is almost never the phone platform. We check the circuit, the router, and the switch config before anything goes live.

Texting, fax, and the odd requirements

Business texting from your main number, fax without a machine, contact center queues when volume justifies them.

Business mobility

Wireless voice and data lines for the field — AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile compared for your line count, quoted alongside the phone system.

Fit

Worth a conversation if…

And who we’ll honestly point elsewhere — qualifying is a two-way exercise.

This fits when

  • Your phone contract is up and you’re not sure the platform ever fit
  • You’re moving offices and the phone system can’t come along
  • Staff work from everywhere and the desk phone stopped making sense

Not the right fit when

  • You need a single residential line
  • You want the cheapest possible seat and don’t care how it’s configured

Process

How it goes

  1. 01

Tell us how calls work today

Seats, sites, current provider, and what’s actually wrong — the form takes about three minutes.

  2. 02

    We compare and recommend

A short comparison across the platforms that fit, with the porting plan and network checks spelled out.

  3. 03

    Cutover, configured and tested

Numbers ported, call flows built, handsets provisioned, and a test call from every seat before we call it done.

FAQ

Common questions

Will my numbers move with me?

Yes. Numbers belong to you, not the carrier. Porting takes two to four weeks of paperwork and coordination, and the cutover itself is scheduled so callers never notice.

Can we just use Teams as our phone system?

Often, yes — if your business already lives in Teams, adding calling to it means one less app. It’s a bigger architectural decision than it looks, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.

Why does our current VoIP sound bad?

Nine times out of ten it’s the network, not the platform: an overloaded circuit, a router without QoS, or Wi-Fi handling what should be wired. That’s fixable, and it’s part of the job.

What does the sourcing cost?

Nothing — the comparison is free, and your seat price is the same either way. Configuration and network work, where needed, is quoted separately and plainly.

Ready when you are

Sourcing is remote work — any US business address qualifies. The comparison costs you nothing.
