What we collect

Forms collect what you type into them: contact details, information about your current services, and any file you choose to attach (such as an energy bill).

The site also uses Google Analytics to understand how it's used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general location at the city level. This relies on cookies and collects device and usage information, which Google processes on our behalf under Google's privacy policy. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which produces heatmaps and anonymized session replays of how pages are used; anything you type is masked before it is recorded, and Microsoft processes this data under Microsoft's privacy statement. We use both in aggregate to improve the site — not to identify you — and we run no advertising trackers.

How it's used

Form submissions are emailed to us and used to answer your request — preparing quotes, checking carrier availability at your address, or responding to a question. Quote details are shared with carriers or suppliers only as needed to price your request.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
• We don't keep bill attachments longer than the quote process needs.

Retention and questions

Correspondence is retained as ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email info@rts.expert — the request goes to the owner, not a department.
