Energy / Multifamily & HOAs

Apartment and HOA common-area electricity, compared across suppliers

Parking lot lights, pools, clubhouses, gates, irrigation, and hallway HVAC all run on house meters that the owner or association pays. A property can have dozens of them, each on its own contract and renewal date. Send the bills and we price every meter together and keep the renewal dates on one calendar.

Commercial electric meters on a building wall

Why it pays

Why house meters add up

Lots of small meters

Each meter looks minor on its own. Priced together, they are a meaningful load and often a better rate.

Renewal dates scatter

Meters added over the years end up on different contracts. Lining them up on one term stops a few from quietly rolling onto holdover pricing.

Budgets for boards and owners

A fixed rate for every house meter gives the board or ownership a firm number for the year’s operating budget.

Process

One bill, then it’s our work

  1. 01

    Send a recent bill

Attach a photo or PDF to the bill review form, or email it to energy@rts.expert. The bill carries the meter number, usage history, and current supplier.

  2. 02

    Get the comparison

Your meters run against the licensed suppliers we work with, across the available terms, with the contract clauses explained in plain English.

  3. 03

    Sign it or shelve it

If the number wins, the paperwork takes minutes and nothing changes but the rate. If your current rate holds up, we say so and track your renewal instead.

FAQ

Common questions

Does this cover residents’ apartments?

No. Residents choose their own electricity. This is for the meters the property or association pays: common areas, amenities, lighting, and vacant units where applicable.

We manage several properties. Can you price them together?

Yes. Every meter across your portfolio can go into one request, with separate billing per property if your accounting needs it.

Our contract isn’t up for months. Should we wait?

No. Supply contracts can be priced months ahead with a future start date, so your renewal arrives with a signed rate instead of a holdover surprise.

What does the comparison cost?

Nothing. Suppliers pay brokers; the rate you’re quoted is the rate you pay. If the rate on your bill is already competitive, we’ll tell you that and track your renewal date instead.
